1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the websites, landing pages, forms, and services operated by The Possibility Group LLC, doing business as Lead Capture CA ("Lead Capture", "we", "us", "our").

2. Our Role

Lead Capture is a lead generation and marketing agency. We operate advertising campaigns and landing pages to help connect consumers with businesses that may offer relevant services.

We are not a law firm, insurance company, medical provider, or financial institution. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Any information on our site or in our communications is for general informational and marketing purposes only.

Submitting your information through our forms does not create an attorney client relationship, doctor patient relationship, or any other professional relationship with Lead Capture.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

  • That you will be contacted by any particular business

  • That any business we connect you with will accept you as a client or customer

  • Any result, payout, settlement, or outcome from working with a third party

Any outcomes are solely between you and the third party provider you choose to work with.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Lead Capture, The Possibility Group LLC, and our owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any third party services.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services that gave rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lead Capture, The Possibility Group LLC, and our owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

12. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. You and we waive any right to a trial by jury.

You agree to bring any claim on an individual basis only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
